- Managing pr-online.com’s interactions with customers, clients and prospects.
- Developing and using systems to organize, automate, and synchronize business processes—for marketing, customer service, and support.
- Find, attract, and win new clients, nurture and retain those the company already has, entice former clients back into the fold, and reduce the costs of marketing and client service.

2. Social Media – chatter boxes (you know what to do and how to do it, SEO and RSS are part of your language!)
- Main interaction-blogging/writing through various Social Media Forums
- Channel Management – monitoring, researching, responding, posting
- Research and master engagement tools
- Help develop strategic and innovative methods for engaging current fans/followers
- Prepare, proof, and edit publication for external audiences
- Utilize/Document using appropriate CRM tools
- Define key performance indicators and implement measurement, analytics and reporting methods
- Integrate into our business strategy for our company and our clients
